Consultation
We start by educating the family on the placement process. This includes a remote or in-person meeting to discuss what to expect and a detailed discussion to gather information about location preferences, health needs, social interests and budget.
Gather Care Options
We research the best housing options for your loved one's specific needs. We present unbiased options and come up with a plan to help you make an informed decision. We treat every client as unique.
Guided Community Tours
We confirm availability, pricing, and then schedule the community visits (typically multiple communities). We personally accompany you on the tours as we guide and educate you through the entire process. Our goal is to make sure you find the right community.
